Turns out this is a "feature". The only supported way of restarting an interface in Ubuntu Server is 

sudo ifdown eth0 && sudo ifup eth0

Multiple ways to start tests

You can choose how to initiate testing of your app:

 ex) 은행의 금리가 낮아 주식형 펀드로 갈아타도 기존 은행 이자에 대한 세금 감면분을 반납할 필요 없이 주식형펀드 수익에 대한 비과세 혜택을 새로 받을 수 있다

- 상품 가입 시 소비자 입장에는 세재혜택 여부를 살펴볼 필요 없이 수익성과 안정성만 따지면 됩니다.

3.Condition

- 가입의무기간은 5년 / 연간 2000만원 한도로 사용

 (비과세 상품으로 유명한 재형저축, 소장펀드의 후속편이라고 보시면 이해가 빠르실 듯)

-  if (소득 5천만원 이하) 

   then 

     (1) 의무가입기간 5년 --> 3년으로 축소

     (2) 비과세 200만원 --> 250만원
